We offer multiple reliable shipping options to ensure your new pieces arrive in a timely manner. and offer you a choice of cost based on your delivery time requirements.  All orders are processed and hand-packed with care from our logistics partner in London close to Heathrow Airport. Orders received by 4pm UK time are usually shipped same day.

An Important Note on International Orders: Import Duties & Taxes

For all orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, please be aware that you may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in your ASHA order total or shipping cost.

These fees are levied by the customs authority in your country when a package arrives from abroad. They are a common part of international shopping and are not controlled by us as the retailer.

What to expect:
The carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, your local postal service) will contact you prior to or upon delivery to pay these charges.  The amount varies by country and is based on the value of your order. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential charges.

Our Promise:
To ensure a smooth process, we are legally required to declare the accurate, full value of the items in your package on the customs form. We cannot mark orders as "gifts" or undervalue the contents.

What is your returns policy?
We want you to love your ASHA pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn, tagged items within 15 days of delivery. Please visit our Returns & refunds page for full details. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we cannot refund any original import duties you may have paid.
