This policy is designed to comply with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Introduction
Thank you for shopping at www.asha-London.com, operated by ASHA LDN Ltd. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or return under the terms of this policy.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Refund and Returns Policy.
We intend to give you a customer experience and your item be right first time. We understand how organising a return can be a frustrating disruption in our busy lives. Its also costly to us and the planet due to unnecessary transportation. Thats why we go to great lengths to try and reduce unnecessary transportation and wasted time and costs in the whole cycle of returns. By offering you a detailed sizing guide, complete product descriptions and photography that shows the fit across different sized models we ask that you make a thought out purchase based on this information.
2. Returns Eligibility
a. Right to Cancel (Distance Selling Regulations)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund. This applies in cases where you may wish to cancel immediately or shortly after ordering or when you have actually received the items. If you ordered in error you have a window of around 30 minutes to cancel the order before it is picked and shipped from our logistics centre. Once the item is in the logistics cycle you will have to wait for it to be delivered and treat it as a return.
b. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached).
- Have no damage, marks, material pulls/snags, broken zips etc.
- Swimwear must have hygiene strips still in place. It is imperative swimwear is tried on over your underwear. We cannot accept swimwear returns where this has not been done.
- Have the White Security ribbons fully still in tact and not cut or tampered with in any way. Items which have had any wash instruction labels removed.
- Not have any missing charms/hardware.
- Be in its original packaging including the recyclable bag.
- Include proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).
3. How to Return an Item
If for whatever reason you do need to return it you can do so within 14 days of receipt. You must make your return claim within the 14 days.
We do fully inspect all returned items carefully and if any of these conditions are not met your claim for refund will be rejected and the items sent back to you at your cost.
Unless advised otherwise, or the item was faulty, all return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that any sale items listed at any discount off RRP are not eligible for return but can be exchanged.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- When you ordered from us an account was automatically created for you.
- Simply log into your account (you can find this in the Menu on the home page on mobile and desktop).
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and request a return.
- You will be able to select various drop off/collection options. Pack them securely and send back to us.
- The items will be inspected and if eligible a refund will be made usually within 24 hours.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of the item/s returned unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refunds
a. Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 days (usually 24 hours) using the original payment method.
b. Refund Amount
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
c. Non-Refundable Items
Items that do not meet the requirements shown in Section 2b can not be refunded.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To change an item for a different size or colour, please place a new order online and return the original item for a refund following our standard returns process.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hi@asha-london.com detailing your order number and attach photographs of the damage. Once we have agreed the damage or faulty item was caused before or during delivery we will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the item, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair, depending on your preference and availability.
